All parts are handcrafted and made to order in our workshop in the Dominican Republic. This allows us to maintain quality and consistency in every piece we produce.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the destination and customs processing.

Orders typically arrive within up to 15 days after shipment.

As we ship internationally from the Dominican Republic, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Packaging & Large Parts

All parts are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Due to the size and nature of automotive components, reinforced or oversized packaging may be used.

Large items such as bumpers, lips, diffusers, and body kits may require additional handling time and inspection before shipment.

Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your order through:

  • The shipping confirmation email
  • Your account order page
  • EMS tracking system (or USPS for U.S. deliveries)

Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from purchase, as production begins shortly after.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

General Policy

At NVY Composite, most of our products are made to order and handcrafted.

Because of the nature of these custom composite parts, we do not accept returns or refunds for items that have been installed, modified, painted, or used.

Please carefully review your order and confirm vehicle compatibility before placing your purchase.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After this period, production may have already started and the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged during shipping or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item

We will review the case and determine the appropriate solution.

Fitment Responsibility

Aftermarket fiberglass and carbon fiber parts may require minor adjustments during installation, including sanding, trimming, drilling, or filling.

Professional installation by an experienced body shop is strongly recommended.

NVY Composite is not responsible for installation issues caused by improper installation or lack of professional preparation.

Return Conditions

In the rare case that a return is approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and uninstalled
  • The item must be in original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts
  • Painted parts
  • Modified or trimmed parts
  • Custom-made parts
  • Products damaged due to improper installation

Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
