How long does it take to produce my order?
Most of our parts are made to order. Production time depends on the material:

  • Fiberglass parts: usually 2–15 business days
  • Carbon fiber parts: usually 5–20 business days

Production begins once the order is confirmed.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already started and cancellations may not be possible.

Do I receive a confirmation email after ordering?
Yes. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once the product ships, you will receive another email with your tracking information.


Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our workshop in the Dominican Republic.

Which shipping service do you use?
We ship using EMS international airmail.

Depending on the destination country, the package may be delivered locally by the national postal service (for example USPS in the United States).

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times depend on the destination and customs processing.

Estimated delivery time is up to 15 days after shipment.

Where can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

You can track the shipment:

  • directly through the tracking link sent by the website
  • on the EMS tracking website
  • or through your local postal service

What should I do if my package has not arrived?
If your package has not arrived 15 days after shipping, please contact us and we will investigate the shipment with the carrier.


Are the parts ready to install?
Most NVY parts are delivered unpainted and may require preparation before installation, such as sanding, priming, or painting.

Professional installation is recommended.

Are your parts original designs?
Many NVY products are inspired by iconic designs from the JDM and tuning community.
Our goal is to make these styles accessible to enthusiasts through composite manufacturing.

Do parts include mounting hardware?
In most cases mounting hardware is not included, since installation methods can vary depending on the vehicle and build.


Do you provide installation instructions?
Please review our How to Install page for general installation guidelines and recommendations.

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Will the parts fit perfectly out of the box?
Because parts are handcrafted composite products, minor adjustments may be required during installation.

This is normal for fiberglass and carbon fiber aftermarket parts


What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Customers can pay using:

  • PayPal balance
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards

You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Eligible customers may use PayPal Pay Later, which allows purchases to be split into installments depending on PayPal availability in their country.
