Our workshop is located in the Dominican Republic, and we send the products through EMS Post Airmail. Unfortunately, the parcel service in our country does not allow us to ship wolrdwide, we have shipping available to the following countries:

Product delivery time varies depending on the manufacturing material.:
- FIBERGLASS: MADE TO ORDER, USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN 2-15 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
- CARBON FIBER: MADE TO ORDER, NORMALLY SHIPS WITHIN 5-20 BUSINESS DAYS (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
Since items are not always in stock, it takes 5-10 days to manufacture one unit. Once the order has been placed, we do not accept cancellations after 24 hours of purchase.
When the shipment is made, we will notify you via email, and you will be provided with a tracking number to track the package. You can usually check the tracking on the EMS Global website. If you are in the US, you can check USPS.
Once the package is shipped, the delivery time depends on the destination and other factors. It may take up to 15 days. If you do not receive the item after 15 days, please contact us, and we will investigate with the shipping company.
Return Policy
- If the product you received is not working or damaged we will exchange it for a new product.
- If you want to return the items, you must pay the shipping cost.
- If you want to return the items without paying the shipping cost, when the postman or person responsible for delivery arrives, you must reject the package, otherwise you will have to pay the cost of shipment to be returned.
- If the package arrives broken you should not accept it at the time of delivery and we will gladly resend you a new unit or refund your money if you wish.
